- Come join Bella Vista's Student Voice Forum next Tuesday, Sept. 24 during 4th period in the Atrium. If you would like to be part of our first SVF meeting and share your ideas on how to help improve culture and impact change on campus, please sign up at the VP secretary desk.
- Aerospace Museum of California has partnered with SJUSD in offering a one-day STEAM event for 25 students who identify as girls on Wednesday September 25 from 10:00am - 1:00pm (transportation from BV & lunch provided). Interested students can pick up permissions slips in the main office from the Principal's Secretary Desk. Permissions slips are Due by Sept. 18th.
- The San Juan Unified College Night will be held next Thursday, September 26, from 5:30 - 7:30pm at Rio Americano High School. Go to room A6 if you need a permission slip to ride the bus from BV to Rio.

Girls Basketball Open Gym is being held on Mondays & Wednesdays in the Large Gym from 6:30pm - 8:00pm. All grades are welcome!

- Cross Country - competed at the Kim Duyst Invitational
- Varsity Boys Results-Calvin Fear finished 26th
- Varsity Girls Results finished 4th Place-Zoe Corder finished 3rd overall
- JV Boys Results-Wyatt Coenen finished 10th
- JV Girls Results-Addison Bernal finished 7th
- F/S Boys Results-Owen Suzuki finished 15th
- F/S Girls Results-Bethany Lacey finished 22nd
- Field Hockey had two games this week. They beat Red Bluff at home and traveled to Pleasant Valley and lost. JV Record 1-3; Varsity Record 3-1.
- Flag Football had one game and lost to a strong Ponderosa team. JV Record 0-2-1 Varsity Record 3-3.
- Football traveled to Lincoln to play the Fighting Zebras.
- Varsity lost another close game 20-27; Record 0-4
- JV won their 3rd straight game; Record 3-1
- Freshmen lost; Record 0-3-1
- Girls Golf had their first match last week cancelled. They competed against Rio Americano. Results were not available as of this email.
- Girls Tennis beat Ponderosa 5-4. Record 1-1
- Girls Volleyball had two away matches. They lost to McClatchy and Ponderosa. Frosh Record 1-3; JV Record 0-4; Varsity Record 4-4.
- Water Polo had their first home and league opponent vs Christian Brothers.
- Varsity Boys beat Christian Brothers but lost to Roseville Record 3-3
- Varsity Girls lost 2 games last week to Christian Brothers and Rocklin Record 1-5
- JV Boys lost to Christian Brothers. Record 1-3
- JV Girls lost to Christian Brothers but then took 4th at the Grizzly Jamboree Record 2-3
