Athletic Physicals for 25-26 SY
The San Marcos Athletic Training staff is hosting FREE Athletic Physicals for the 2025-2026 academic year on Wednesday, May 14, from 4-6 PM. The exams will take place in the SMHS Student Activity Center (SAC) Gymnasium. Student-athletes must bring a completed copy of their medical history form.
For the 2025-2026 school year, a new physical is required for all incoming 7th, 9th, and 11th-grade student-athletes and any student that does not currently have a physical on file with San Marcos CISD Athletics. Incoming 8th, 10th, and 12th-grade student-athletes who do have a physical on file with San Marcos CISD Athletics are not required to get a new physical for the 2025-2026 school year.
