The vision of Leadership Resources International (LRI) is to see the Word of God flowing
powerfully through every church to every nation.
Imagine what that would look like... Every church in every nation overflowing with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Beautiful, extraordinary, glorious... Just a few words that come to mind as we try to imagine such a reality!
But such a reality is impossible to imagine without faithful pastors who have their ministries
squarely centered upon God’s Word. God uses pastors to cultivate healthy, Christ-exalting
churches. When a pastor is personally transformed by the living and active Word, the Holy
Spirit empowers the Word for the transformation of the local church. When several churches in a region are transformed, that region is transformed for the Kingdom. When many regions are transformed, God by his grace, transforms an entire nation!
For this reason, LRI exists to equip and encourage pastors around the world to teach God’s Word with God’s heart.
It is this mission that calls us to serve the pastors of the world, providing them with high-quality, Scripture-focused training. We have seen God powerfully use LRI’s Word-centered, relational training to equip pastors and church leaders (14,000 last year alone) so that they might faithfully teach and preach God’s Word.
Believers have been strengthened and fallen deeper in love with Christ and His Word.
Many more have come to saving faith in Jesus Christ. We have front row seats as God builds His Church around the world!
