A Message from Principal Anita O'Neill
February 2, 2025
Dear Coyote Community,
This week, we officially kicked off the second semester of the school year. Time will fly, and before we know it, June will be here. I share this as a reminder that every moment counts—it’s essential that we all stay focused on our purpose at school. While many students were excited to begin the semester, we also recognized that some felt hesitant about starting anew. Our Administrative Team has been working closely with these students and their families to provide support, and we will continue to do so to ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed.
As we move forward, I’d like to share a few important reminders:
No Food Deliveries
Students are not permitted to order food deliveries during the school day. We saw several instances of this last week. If a parent wishes to provide lunch, it must be brought to the office, labeled for the student, and picked up there.
Attendance Matters
Students are expected to arrive on time for every class and remain for the entire period. Consistent attendance is key to academic success, and we appreciate your support in reinforcing this expectation.
Finally, join me in celebrating our Counseling Department with National School Counselors' Week. Please take a moment to reach out and express your gratitude for everything our counseling staff does every day for our students.
Thank you for your partnership and commitment to our students' success. Let’s make it a great semester!
Warm regards,
Ms. O’Neill
