Below are directions on how to locate the Milestones End of Grade Scores for 2014-2015 school year. Please note, you will need your parent portal log in information to access the scores. If you had a parent portal access in the past, and have forgotten your password, then click on reset password to access your account. If you do not have a parent portal account, then you will need to come into Five Forks and complete the Parent Portal Form. Once the form is completed, you will be asked to show some type of identification (i.e. license) to complete the process.

STEP 1: Log into the Parent Portal
STEP 2: Select the Test History tab located on the navigation bar.
STEP 3: On the right hand side you will see a widget titled Assessment Reports.
STEP 4: Under Assessment Reports click on 2015 Spring End of Grade Individual Student Report.
