Mission Statement

Our ECHS Owls are taught to have H.O.P.E.--faith in the premise that they can create OPPORTUNITY and a better future through EFFORT, HARD WORK, and PERSONAL COURAGE. This idea of H.O.P.E. is woven into the fabric of our ECHS family.

Greetings ECHS School Community!

The month of October is off to a nice start. On October 2nd, School Custodian Appreciation Day, we were pleased to celebrate Ms. Lety Osuna for her dedicated work as our campus Lead Custodian and Mr. Dung Nguyen for his campus support as ECHS Custodian! In addition, October 3rd was a productive day of campus professional development and October 4th was a very timely student and staff holiday. Please feel free to check out highlights within this week’s “OWLstanding News” section.

I want to again recognize the hard work of our students and staff within their courses. We believe in ALL Our ECHS students and encourage them to finish the first nine week period strong! Please communicate with your teachers/professors (for our OWL in ACC courses) and take advantage of available campus and ACC support, whenever needed. Also Owls, your teachers are available to assist during class, tutorials and office hours. Please know that WE care about our ECHS students as individuals and are here to support their well-being along with their overall success.

As we conclude the eighth week of school, I must take time to celebrate our ECHS students, teachers, staff members, parents and PTSA! You Are Appreciated!

During the week of October 7th, the Wonderful ECHS PTSA has planned our “First Ever” Homecoming Spirit Week, Homecoming Dance and ECHS Community & Alumni Picnic!!! Please note, ALL attire and accessories selected for ECHS Homecoming Spirit Week and Homecoming Dance MUST Abide by the Round Rock ISD Dress Code. NO Face Masks or Total head coverings are allowed. We’re looking forward to a fun-filled week!

Transcripts can be requested here. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing after payment is submitted. You will receive an email after the transcript is sent electronically, or when it is ready for pickup.

The price for transcripts is $5.00 each. This includes both electronic and certified paper transcripts.

Hispanic Heritage Month is from September 15th through October 15th. We are pleased to acknowledge the generations of Hispanic and Latino Americans who have positively influenced and enriched our ECHS community, society and the nation.

During this designated Month, the ECHS Culture Club and Access & Opportunity Campus Lead Mr. Julian Jones, are highlighting a Hispanic or Latino American to display in the Commons, within classrooms, during the morning announcements and within the OWL Update.
