We are so grateful for the Fort Mill High School Varsity Football and Cheerleading teams for welcoming and reading to our Knights a few weeks ago! Here is a video highlighting our morning! Thank you Mrs. Hardy, Mrs. Parham, Mrs. Maxwell, and Mrs. Noll for setting this up for our students!

Snacks may be sent in for celebrations, but must be prepackaged and have a label. The cafeteria offers a Celebration Basket to help celebrate your student’s special day. Please click the link to order a basket for your student’s classroom. Refrain from distributing gift baggies or multiple treats, a small treat is treat enough! If you plan to bring or send in a birthday treat, please make your teacher aware so they can be prepared to check for our students with allergies.

Please complete the information below no later than September 18th at 3pm, if you are interested in running for the open spaces on the School Improvement Council.

What is the School Improvement Council?

In South Carolina, a School Improvement Council is an advisory council to the principal and school on issues related to school improvement. By law, every K-12 public school in South Carolina must have an SIC that is made up of parent, teacher, student (grades 9-12), and community member representatives.

What does the SIC do?
• Assist in Preparing the School Improvement Plan
• Monitor Progress Toward Achieving School Improvement Plan Goals
• Develop, Plan, Support and Implement Improvement Activities
• Help the School Implement Activities in its Plans
