BIRTHDAY INVITATIONS & DIRECTORY INFORMATION
BOARD POLICY & HANDBOOK INFORMATION
We have been receiving a lot of questions regarding passing out birthday invitations at school and parents requesting address/phone #'s of other students. We are not permitted, per board policy and student handbook, to provide this information. We appreciate your understanding as we adhere to district guidelines.
PARENT DROP OFF PROCEDURES
This is a friendly reminder, if you are dropping your student off in the parent drop-off line, it is a RIGHT TURN ONLY when leaving our lot. This is for the safety of our students. Thank you for your cooperation.
At morning drop off, from 9:05-9:15, parents are not permitted to park and walk their students in. During parent drop off, parents are to remain in their vehicle and dismiss their student as the cars progress. If you are late and miss the parent drop off line, you will need to park your car in the front lot, walk your student into the office and sign your student in. The front doors are reserved for students arriving by bus, students that walk to school, and students being signed in late by the parent.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

2. Physician Report form - A current completed form, signed by a HealthCare Provider, is due by August 1, 2023. The Physician Report form can be found here:
If you have not turned in your child's immunization record and physician report form upon enrollment, please email the forms to school nurse's email marnica_dreher@plsd.us
If you have already turned the forms in upon enrollment, the information has been received and you do not need to send it again.
Health Concerns - please communicate your child's health concerns and medications, if needed, a health plan will be developed and shared with teacher(s).
Change of Clothes - During school hours your child may need to change their clothes due to a bladder/bowel accident and/or falling in water puddles and/or mud. If possible, place an extra set of clothes in their book bag to use.
Please contact me with any questions or concerns.
