Serving Our Community

It has been a significant year for our North State communities, and as we transition to the holiday season, we are wishing you all safe and relaxing celebrations. We are also launching our Giving Tuesday campaign, with hopes that you will choose Stonewall Alliance Center as one non-profit to support this year.

Giving Tuesday is a national event to build resources for non-profits working to make our communities better, and we invite you to invest in our mission to build stronger, more resilient LGBT*Q+ communities throughout the North State. Our organization is built on the generosity of funders, donors, and hundreds of volunteer hours, and we cannot do this work without you.

In the last 6 months, your generous contributions made this possible:

• 622 people received Stonewall's LGBT*Q+ Cultural Competency Training
• A dozen support groups are active - including the expansion to Oroville and Red Bluff!
• 110 people attended our FIRST donor appreciation event
• 148 community members were served in the Stonewall office
• Thousands of people have come to our identity-affirming events
• We were able to hire a grant-writer and public relations expert to help the Center expand
