The parade will start at door #2 by the playground. See map below for the parade route.

If you are picking your child up after the parade, please come in through the office. Teachers will be standing at their classroom doors with a sign-out sheet. Thank you for your patience and for understanding that we are looking out for children's safety.

In the event of rain we will have the parade inside the building. Please watch your text messages for more details tomorrow after 12pm.

Our four year old preschoolers through 4th grade enjoyed a fun program on Tuesday presented by Great Lakes Center for the Arts. This was a unique way to help students learn how to recognize, report and stand up to bullying while learning to be great friends.

Parents/guardians of children birth-age 10: Please take part in an early literacy survey!

You must be a parent/guardian of a child ages 0-10 to participate. The survey is being administered as part of a statewide early literacy media campaign funded by 35i funds through the Michigan Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement and Potential.

If you or someone you know is in need this year, please pick up an application for Christmas Dinner Basket and Toys. You may pick up an application from the pantry when it is open or you can get one from the elementary school office. We can also email you an application. It is that time again for the annual School Climate Survey for Families! This electronic survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete. The responses are 100% anonymous and are very helpful in improving student relationships, learning conditions, and the overall school environment at EJES and EJMHS. EACH building has a survey and questions specific to EACH building. If you have children in both, please participate in both.
