Softball Regional Tournament @ Florence SportsPlex

The AHS Softball team will play at 1:45 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6. They may also play at 10:45 on Wednesday, May 7. Go Bears!

Students who want to attend the game will be excused after 2nd Block.

AHS Sports Physicals

On Wednesday, May 7, at 4:30 p.m., DOC provides our yearly sports physicals in the Austin High School Gymnasium.
Physical cost for each athlete is $10. Students/Parent or Guardian will need to fill out and sign the Pre-Physical before arriving on May 7th.

Calhoun Community College is excited to invite undecided students to Explore U, a dynamic three-day career expo designed to help recent high school graduates and rising juniors and seniors discover rewarding career paths in healthcare, manufacturing, and arts & entertainment.

4th Nine Week Co-Op Grade Cards are Available

FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO OBTAIN YOUR LAST NINE WEEKS CO-OP GRADE! VERY IMPORTANT!!

DEADLINE: ON OR BEFORE FRIDAY, MAY 9th, 2025

1. GO to the COPY SUITE in the Cafeteria - Ms. Brown's office

2. Find the BLACK/ORANGE CO-OP GRADE CARD BIN

3. Look for the tab with the first letter of your last name to find your personalized GRADE CARD. It will have your name printed on the card. The card will have your name printed at the top. There may be several cards in each folder. ONLY GRAB THE CARD WITH YOUR NAME. If you do not find a card with your name, check with Ms. Brown and/or email Ms. Cushing.

4. Write in on the appropriate line WHERE you are working, i.e., company/business

5. Write in on the appropriate line WHO is completing the card, i.e., manager/supervisor

6. If you didn't complete 1st nine weeks, pick up a copy of the Training Agreement (front of the bin). You only complete this once.

7. Have your manager/employer complete the GRADE CARD on or before Friday, May 9th.

8. DEADLINE TO RETURN - Friday, May 9th!

9. Return the completed GRADE CARD to the BIN - place in the folder (first letter, last name) on or before Friday, May 9th, deadline! Please don't email a grade card.

AHS Parking Decals are REQUIRED

Student Parking Forms

All students must have a parking decal to park on campus. Parking forms are available via this link or Hard Copy forms are available in the main office. Any car without a decal is subject to be towed.
