Sports Physicals
This is an exciting time for young athletes of all experience levels. To be eligible for participation, the school needs you to:
- Complete the online Activity Registration. Here is the link to the Activity Registration Page.
- Submit a completed Iowa Athletic Pre-Participation Physical Examination form to the MS Office (either electronically or drop off a copy). Physical Form Link
No athlete is allowed to practice or compete until both of these steps have been completed. (The athlete is highly encouraged to attend practice to observe so that they are "up to speed" when they are deemed eligible.)

All lunch account payments can be managed through the Infinite Campus parent portal. If you have questions please email Christy Hahn.
Automatic Payments for School Meals
We'd like to inform you of a convenient way to manage your child's school meals account. Parents and guardians now have the option to set up automatic meal payments through Infinite Campus, our online platform. By enabling this feature, you can ensure that your child's meal account remains funded without the hassle of manual payments. To set up automatic payments, simply log in to your Infinite Campus account and (click here to) follow the instructions.
Thank you for your continued support in providing the best for our students.
Booster Club Apparel Store
Our athletics booster club has launched a new online apparel store. This is a 24/7 store with no "closing date" and we're told items typically ship in a week or so. Purchasing Bluejay gear through the boosters directly supports Bondurant-Farrar students and programs.
Lost and Found
Located in the office.
If your child will be absent, please notify our school office before the start of the school day. You can do this by calling our office or emailing nelsonc@bfschools.org and davisj@bfschools.org. If we do not hear from you, the school will reach out to confirm your child’s safety and ensure you are aware of their absence. If your student is out due to a illness or medical appointment , we will need a doctor's note.
Community Suggestion Box
As a valued member of our school community, your input is wanted and valued. We all have a vested interest in making sure that Bondurant-Farrar Junior High meets the needs of our stakeholders. We want your thoughts on solutions to problems you see from your perspective. Do you see a process that can be improved upon? Do you have a solution to improve current practices? Do you have creative insight into how we can grow in serving all of our students? We want to hear it!
