The call for proposals is now OPEN for the 2026 Eastern Athletic Trainers Association (EATA) Meeting – happening January 9-12 at the Westin Boston Seaport District in Boston, Massachusetts.
This is your chance to showcase your expertise and make a lasting impact in the world of athletic training. Whether you're an athletic trainer, physician, researcher, or allied healthcare professional, we want to hear from YOU!
What’s up?
- Presentations can be submitted for General Programming, Educators Track, or Student Track.
- Please note: there’s a maximum of two speakers per session. 📣
How to Submit:
- All proposals MUST be submitted online by March 31, 2025. ⏳
- Late or incomplete submissions won’t be reviewed—so get them in on time!
- If submitting more than one proposal, you’ll need a second email address (just hit "Submit Another Proposal" on the summary page).

Our DATA Annual 5k Coffee Run is scheduled for Sunday, April 6th, 2025 at Glasgow Park in Newark, DE. Registration is available on the DATA website.
ATSNJ:
Registration for the ATSNJ 39th Annual Conference & Business Meeting, taking place on March 2-3, 2025, at the Tropicana Casino, Atlantic City, is still open. The conference offers 9 CEUs on-site (lecture and lab formats) and 1 virtually. Early registration ends soon, so secure the best rates. The AT Social, sponsored by JAG, will be held from 8-10 pm at Adam Good Sports Bar with complimentary drink tickets.
ATSNJ is pleased to announce the recipients of our awards and scholarships:
