Dear Warhawk Family and Friends,
I am honored and beyond excited to introduce myself as the new principal of Seminole High School! Since 2021, I have had the privilege of serving as an assistant principal at Seminole High, where I have worked alongside our incredible students, dedicated educators, and supportive families to foster a culture of excellence. Now, as I step into this new role, I am filled with pride and enthusiasm for the journey ahead.
Throughout my time at Seminole High, I have led key initiatives such as AVID and PBIS, helping us achieve remarkable milestones, including our designation as an AVID Schoolwide Site and earning the prestigious Platinum recognition for PBIS. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to supervise English Language Arts (ELA), Reading, and Exceptional Student Education (ESE), working diligently to support instructional excellence and drive student achievement.
With 16 years of experience in education, I have held various leadership roles, including ESE Specialist, Staffing Specialist, and Assistant Principal at McLane Middle School. My educational background includes an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Educational Leadership from National Louis University, a Master of Science in Psychology from Walden University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Communication Disorders from The Florida State University.
Seminole High School has a long-standing tradition of academic excellence, school spirit, and community pride, and I am committed to building upon that legacy. As we embark on this journey together, I look forward to collaborating with students, staff, families, and the broader community to ensure every Warhawk has the support, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive.
