DISCOVER CATHOLIC SCHOOLS WEEK
From the NCEA website:
The weeklong DCSW is November 17 - 23, 2024, and is designated to help schools connect with prospective families, donors, educators and community members. We want to help you showcase what makes Catholic schools the best. Your schoolβs best characteristics and outreach are just what families need when looking to find the right school for them.
From January 26 - February 1, 2025, the tradition continues with Celebrate Catholic Schools Week. This is the annual celebration of Catholic school education throughout the United States. Schools typically observe the week with Masses, assemblies and other activities for students, families, parishioners and community members to celebrate and congratulate the great work and good news of Catholic schools.
Catholic schools choose to participate in both weeks or oneβthatβs okay! What is most important is to join in on the national celebrations in a way that works best for your school community. Make CSW your own and share your ideas with NCEA and other schools using #CSW2025
Holy Childhood actively celebrates National Catholic Schools Week during the last week of January. Many activities are planned for that week. I simply wanted to let you know about DCSW in case you hear about it.
