MN STUDENT SURVEY - GRADES 9 & 11
On Wednesday (2/12) 9th and 11th grade students will have the opportunity to participate in the Minnesota Student Survey. This survey, conducted statewide, gathers valuable information to help schools, communities, and state agencies better understand and support student experiences and well-being. The survey is an online questionnaire with branching questions, meaning students will receive different questions based on their answers. It will take approximately 25-30 minutes to complete and must be done in one sitting.
Important Information for Families:
- Participation is voluntary. Families who decline participation will need to notify the school, and their students will not take the survey. If you wish to opt your 9th or 11th grade student out, complete the attached form and have your student return it to Student Services.
- Students may choose not to answer particular questions or may decline to take the entire survey.
- The survey results are anonymous and confidential, ensuring student privacy.
Thank you for your attention to this important initiative. If you have questions, do not hesitate to contact your student’s dean or any MVHS Administrator.
