A Note from Mrs. Derington

Happy 2nd Week of the 4th 9 Weeks. We have a great week ahead.


At our meeting on Monday night, our Board approved an update to the current 2023-2024 school calendar. Please note that April 12, April 26 and May 10, 2024 are now holidays (full days off rather than half days off). Please plan accordingly.


Also last week, Yantis Elementary celebrated positive office referrals and had a STAAR Blitz for Grades 3-5. Our high school boys baseball team beat 2A Fruitvale 12-0 on Saturday. The middle school also had a neon dance on Friday night.


Remember this Friday, March 29th, and next Monday, April 1st, are holidays. I hope you enjoy your 4 day weekend!
