Principal's Corner
Dear SKDS Family,
Welcome back! I hope you had a joyful and restful Christmas break, celebrating the birth of our Savior with your loved ones. As we return to school, we carry the light of Christ into this new year, embracing the opportunities and blessings that await us.
The start of a new year is always a time of hope and renewal. At SKDS, we are committed to helping our students grow in faith, knowledge, and character. Together, as a community, we will continue to nurture their God-given talents and guide them on their journey of faith and learning.
Thank you for your continued partnership in making SKDS such a special place. I look forward to the months ahead as we work together to make 2025 a year of growth, achievement, and grace for all our students.
Wishing you a blessed and prosperous New Year!
In Gratitude,
Ms. Weiss

Virtue of the Month
The Virtue of the Month of January is HUMILITY!
During the month of January, we practice the virtue of humility. Humility is the awareness that all one’s gifts come from God and having an appreciation for the gifts of others. Humility is looking honestly at your strengths and weaknesses. Humility is recognizing that we are not better than others and should treat all people with love and respect. How will you demonstrate humility today?
