Compere Corner
It is almost the end of the 1st term. A couple reminders for our families…
If you have not accessed ParentVue to check your student’s grades, please do so as soon as possible. If you don’t have ParentVue access, contact LMS and we will get you the login information you need to view your student’s grades. This is the same place where you reviewed report cards in elementary school. A link can be found on the district website or by using the ParentVue app.
Please reach out to your student’s teachers if you have any questions or concerns about your student’s grades or behavior.
Please talk with your student about their grades and what goals they are setting for the next term of the school year and how they plan to accomplish them.
Mark your calendars for these important dates!
- 9/25 Early Release 1pm
- 10/9 Picture Retake Day
- 10/14 Columbus Day - No school
Honor’s Night - 8th Grade Families

Activity Buses
The intent in providing these activity buses is to enable more of our students the opportunity to participate in school activities, clubs and sports. Activity buses run on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays throughout the school year. Buses depart from Lundahl on these days at 4:10 PM.
Activity buses are available to any Lundahl student who has a regularly scheduled bus and remains at school until the departure time. Click here to view our activity bus stop locations. Please note drop-off locations are not always the same as daily bus routes.
Lundahl staff are excited to inform you of the exciting news regarding the implementation of Hope Squad at Lundahl Middle School! Hope Squad is an evidence-based, peer-to-peer youth suicide prevention program, dedicated to spreading hope and creating a school culture that promotes connectedness and inclusivity. The Hope Squad is composed of students selected by their peers for their kindness, approachability, and trustworthiness to help prevent mental health crises among their peers. Trusted adults within your student’s school community have been trained as Hope Squad advisors to administer the most up-to-date mental health resources and training. Hope Squads are encouraged to meet regularly to learn, discuss, and collaborate on ways to promote mental wellness in the school in the effort of suicide prevention. In the coming weeks, sixth graders will be asked to nominate their peers to be a Hope Squad member for this upcoming school year. If you have questions or concerns, please contact Katie Staggs at kstaggs@d47.org
