Hello Tiger Paw Families,

For the month of January, we will learn about calming and managing our worries. Some tools that we can use to calm our worries are taking deep breaths, using a fidget, and drawing.

The books that I will read to our students will be A Little SPOT of Anxiety (a story about calming our worries), A Little SPOT of Worry ((a story about what is a useful worry and a spinning worry) by Diane Alber and But What If? (a book about feeling worried) and Who Feels Scared? (a book about being afraid) by Sue Graves.
