Spring Reunion Waiver!
Your family must fill out a waiver for Camp Westminster in order to participate in the Spring Reunion activities. You only need to fill out one waiver per family, not per person!
Please print, fill out, and bring the first page of the waiver with you to the reunion. We can't wait to see you there!
Physician Forms!
Before camp, families must return a 2015 Physician Form (signed by a physician) to us by May 15. Please scan and email the forms to us directly at uga.outreach@campkesem.org!
