May 20 Meet in PAC @ 8:30 (attendance will be taken throughout the day)

• Elementary WalkThroughs (we will dismiss from the PAC to load buses)

• Senior Sunset and Movie Night 7:30 pm WHS Indoor Facility

We will watch the sunset on the lawn outside the Indoor Facility and then move inside for movie night. Bring lawn chairs, blankets, and pillows so you’ll be comfortable sitting on the turf.

May 21 Meet in PAC @ 10:00am

• Field Day @ WHS Meet in PAC at 10am (we will dismiss from PAC)

Shorts and t-shirts are allowed!

Lawn chairs and towels are recommended and be sure to bring sunblock and water for hydration. It’s gonna be a great day!

May 23 Meet in PAC @ 10:00am (attendance will be taken throughout the day)

• Senior Checkout - Bring your yearbooks and get your friends to sign your yearbook as we share final information about graduation practice and graduation on Friday! Regular school dress code.

• Senior Scavenger Hunt - After announcements and other housekeeping tasks, we will release students for a scavenger hunt throughout the community. Winners will be announced at graduation practice on Friday morning.

We have set up a link for parents to pre-register for photos for the grad ceremony. The link is

The link allows parents / students to upload a photo of their graduate and enter their contact information. After the ceremony, Ivey Photography system will match their grad to their name and send them a direct link to their photos. This is especially important for HSoC campus since we have more moving parts.
