Your school would like your student to complete this online survey as part of the Cal-SCHLS surveys.
The purpose of this survey is to obtain student, family/guardian perceptions of student behavior and attitudes, school programs and policies, and the overall school climate as they relate to student well-being and learning.
Please note that as a parent you must give active consent (opt-in) for your 6th-grade student HERE or passive consent (opt-out) for your 7th, 9th or 11th-grade student HERE. We want to gain perspectives from our students.
This online survey begins 11/4/2024 and ends 11/22/24.
Your participation is voluntary. It is also very important. The information you provide will help guide district and school efforts to promote safety, enhance learning supports, improve student achievement, and reduce health risks that stand as barriers to learning.
