Returning Warren Tech Students for 2025-2026

• Current WT students who plan to return to the same program next year, must complete an application in EnrollJeffco.org for Year 2 of their program.
• Current WT students who are interested in a different program next year, must complete the EnrollJeffco.org application.

This past weekend, the students from the Engineering 2 class traveled to Deer Trail, Colorado to launch their scientific payloads on a high altitude balloon using services from EOSS (Edge of Space Sciences). The young engineers designed and planned their payloads in the ONSHAPE CAD program. Using the Arduino programming platform, students then used a variety of sensors to collect data on altitude, temperature, pressure, air quality, ultra violet radiation and even tested several foods. One team made up of Tyler A, Tono C and Henri R even put a GoPro on their payload and got some amazing photos of the flight. With 14 different payloads flying, their balloon launched with no issues and over the two hour flight, it rose to an impressive 90,400' feet high! Once back in the classroom, the students determined how their experiments went by digging into their data collected. Keep up the great work aspiring STEM students!

Parent/Guardian, Student can log into Campus to view second semester schedule. If a student has any of the following issues with their schedule:

1. They do not have a full schedule (6 classes for grades 9-11, 5 classes for grade 12).
2. Their schedule includes a class requiring a prerequisite they have not completed.
3. They are missing a core class on their schedule

Join your peers in the GHS Cafeteria on Monday December 16 from 3:15 - 4:30 p.m. for a finals study session. Hot chocolate and treats will be provided.

Audition for this year's spring musical, Hello Dolly! Auditions are open to all students. Monologues/Vocal Auditions will be held January 6 and January 8. Dance Auditions will be held on January 7. Jeffcon is an annual, one-day student technology conference that allows students to learn about various IT roles from experienced industry professionals, and explore various career paths in the field of IT. As always, our mission is to help students foster a passion for IT and to have a lot of fun while we’re doing it.
