Student Health Reminders

WHEN TO KEEP STUDENTS HOME:

Fever >100.4

Vomiting

Diarrhea

Rash not cleared by a healthcare provider

Open/draining wounds not able to be covered

Not feeling well enough to be at school

IF STUDENTS COME TO SCHOOL WITH ANY OF THESE SYMPTOMS, WE WILL REQUIRE THEM TO BE PICKED UP.

Students are cleared to return to school after illness once symptoms are improving, fever free for 24 hours without any fever reducing medications, and vomiting/diarrhea resolved for 24 hours.

STUDENT CONCUSSIONS AND INJURIES: Please provide medical documentation for any diagnosed concussions or injuries stating when students are cleared to return to school and normal activities as well as any accommodations requested by a healthcare provider.

VETERAN'S DAY IS EARLY RELEASE AT 11:30.

We greatly appreciate your support for our school and booster club in October by promoting our Cherrydale Fundraiser to your friends and family. We achieved record sales! All proceeds are reinvested into the school and staff via events and programs sponsored by the booster club.

Additionally, our fall book fair was a success, selling over 825 books! The funds raised will be used to acquire new books for the library, as well as for student and teacher collections.
