PM2 Data is In: Gator Skills are blooming!
Burke at Work visits Palm Beach Gardens!
Palm Beach Gardens students hosted superintendent Mike Burke and his team to explore and learn about the native and non-native flora and fauna that thrive is this special habitat. ERM scientists led the exploration by wading and seining in the mud flats and shoals to examine the native and non native species that live there. Students also kayaked to Munyon Island and learned about the interesting history and restoration work completed by a collaboration of many agencies with a goal to promote and manage the health of the lagoon. Gardens AICE teacher Christian Rasmusson and 30 students highlighted how they have benefitted from our Choice and Career Options Program, specifically the AICE Marine Choice Program with Superintendent Burke.

SAG Alpha contains a 5 bay VR station that allows students to step on the flight deck of the USS Gerald R Ford, two full motion flight simulator chairs and an interactive map that showcases the different vessels in the Naval fleet and the humanitarian missions they've conducted across the globe.
