The Red Sox Opening Day will be on Thursday, March 30th. We encourage all students to wear any Red Sox attire (including hats) on that day.

If your child prefers another baseball team as their favorite, they are welcome to wear those team's shirts or hats.

Or they may choose to wear a youth baseball / softball t-shirt.

Postural (scoliosis) screening is one of the State’s mandated health screenings for 5th-grade students. This screening is to check for deviation of the normal curve of the spine. We have scheduled this for all 5th-grade students on Tuesday, April 25th while in their Unified Arts class. If you would like to opt your student out of the screening please click this link.....

Thanks to the support of our ASEF, through a grant written by Mr. Lutinski, all of our 3rd graders had the opportunity to get up close & personal with a life-size replica of a whale. They even got to climb INSIDE the whale as they learned all about it. It was a great interactive learning experience! Check out their website to learn more about the Whalemobile. Students have been using the information learned during their visit to conduct some informative writing about whales.

If you happen to be shopping at Hannaford between now and May 29th, please consider participating in the "Hannaford Helps Schools" program. Look for any of the 1500 products that, if purchased, will help earn money for our school. Make sure you select "Page Hilltop" when checking out. Feel fee to ask any store personnel for assistance.

If you have ever walked by the PH library, you will have seen the "Wall of Character" along the hallway (see pictures below). This display was created many years ago with the help of our parents. On the wall are displayed "stars", each of which is marked with a word denoting a special characteristic that we hope all of our students follow. Students and staff then signed their names to this wall display, as a pledge that they would do their best to maintain all of the character traits displayed.

We now have many new students who have asked if they could sign the wall. We will be adding more stars to the wall and having new students and staff add their names to it.

The following is a list of characters that are already posted on the wall. We are asking our PH families to share their thoughts on what new character words should be added to the wall. Please send your suggestions to Mr. Deppe.

As we get ready to welcome Spring, all PH students are welcome to participate in the final phase of our 2022 - 2023 Snow Contest. Please submit your responses for the following two questions to Mr. Deppe:

1. When will all of the snow be gone from the Page Hilltop School grounds?
2. What will end up being the total snowfall for this winter (in Ayer)?

It is so very sad that we continually see news stories that share news of school tragedies. In the ASRSD we are constantly working on addressing any and all approaches toward maintaining a safe learning environment for our students, staff, and visitors.

We are fortunate to have the guidance and support of our amazing police department. We invite all of our PH parents to join us for a presentation and open discussion, on school safety, with the leadership of our Ayer Police Department. This will take place on Monday, April 10th @ 7:00 pm.

There will be free child care provided for all who may need it. Please join us for this valuable presentation.

Our annual Memorial Day program will be held on the morning of Friday, May 26th. We are sharing this date with you so that you may make plans to attend if you like.

We also want to get this information out to all of our families so that you may share it with any military personnel (active or retired) who we would love to be our special guests.
