The students collaborated on the lyrics and then sang along with the musicians to create an original recording. When available, we will share with all. You can learn more about the group here: https://jam-ology.com/ Below are the lyrics and a photo of the group in action.

Polar Express and Holiday Luncheon
"Wednesday was our 2nd annual Polar Express Day!! Hot chocolate, cookies, pajamas, and friends….what could be better?!"
"Yesterday (Thursday) Access had its first ever “family” holiday luncheon. It was a great opportunity to learn and practice table manners, socialize with friends, try different foods, and just spend time together. Santa (Mr. Johny Dattoma) made a visit and made a toast to start things off. If you know our group, you know our twins; they have a tough exterior but they also are the sweetest young men on Earth! Marquel stood up and made a toast and said “there’s no place like home”. Talk about a heart warming moment! Proof that the things we do here at school and the relationships we forge with our students transcends so much further than we think. So, keep “keeping on” and doing the things you do…it’s making a difference, I promise!" - Mrs. Dufrain
We're sharing a lot of pictures because there was a lot of love being shared 🥰
MLK Jr. - Essay Contest
Please see the attachment regarding rules for this year's contest. Note that the deadline for submission is January 31, 2025 and that the theme this year is, “The time is always right to do what is right.” - MLK JR
