Nothing Worth Having Comes Easy...
This time of year can be the most challenging. The nice weather, extended daylight hours, and outside activities keeps us all extremely busy. However, our responsibilities still remain the same.
In one of our previous newsletters, we discussed the chasing of good habits. Establishing good habits is not easy, but they will lead to positive outcomes. Chasing these good habits will serve our students well as we close out this current school year.
So, what do we mean by good habits? The following list is not “all inclusive” but it provides some good habits that our students can be following:

Student Reminders
Respectful, Responsible & Safe
This time of year and the onset of warmer weather may induce "selective memory" with our students. Please help us to reinforce the three items listed below. Thank You!
Dress for Success
We ask that you assist with helping your student dress appropriately for school. No matter their career path or current part time employment if they are working, there are dress requirements. School is no different. Slippers, slides, and sandals without something that goes around the back of their heel are unsafe in crowded hallways and should not be worn. Please also help to ensure that shirts are at a length such that the shirt touches the top of their pants.
Food & Drinks
Prior to students entering the school or getting on the bus, we ask that all food and drinks have been consumed and properly discarded. Please refrain from allowing your student to get dropped off with a coffee or sugary drink in the morning. Prior to entering they will be asked to throw it out. Thank you for your help with this.
Cell Phones
Away All Day! Cell phones should be placed in backpacks for the entirety of the day. Students should not have phones placed in their pockets. (7:55 AM - 3:00 PM)
