If your child plans to try out for cheerleader for the 2023-24 school year, please be advised that cheerleading tryouts for Frisco ISD High School Cheerleaders will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2023 and tryouts for Frisco ISD Middle School Cheerleaders will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2023. We wanted to advise parents of the dates so you and your family can plan accordingly. Specific times and tryout locations for each campus will be shared at a later time.

At our campus, we have a program called Structured Learning, this is for students that have profound communication disabilities. Each year, we offer a class called Partners PE in which students from general education attend PE class with students from the Structured Learning class to help them participate in some physical activity. It is a very rewarding experience for all who are involved. We need more students in our general education program to participate! This is an elective, but it does satisfy the PE requirement for the year! If you have a student in 7th or 8th grade who is in PE or needs another year of PE and you think this class might be a good fit, please reach out to your child’s counselor ASAP as our need to enroll more students in this class is urgent! We are currently in the process of recruiting students to participate in the Ethos program for this school year at Cobb! The students will meet once a week during Stormie for 10 weeks where they will focus on their future goals and dreams.

If you would like your student to be considered for this program, please fill out THIS FORM for your student by August 31st.

If you have any questions, please reach out to your child's counselor prior to that date! We will begin selections on September 1st.
