FINAL FORMS – Remember, if you have any changes to your information (phone number, address, who can pick up your student, etc) throughout the school year, change it in Final Forms!. The office is notified of these changes and will update our information.

If your student will be going on the DC trip a parents will need to attend one of the above meetings. If you are unable to attend you will need to contact John Brinck ASAP.

Our 7th and 8th grade Choir, Band, and Orchestra students will be participating in the Music in the Parks competition on Saturday, May 3rd. Students will meet at 7:45 AM in the TMS cafeteria and return around 8:15–8:30 PM. The event includes performances at Loveland Middle School followed by an awards ceremony and fun at Kings Island.

Performance times for choir are 10:40 AM and 11:00 AM. Performances are free and open to the public (no recordings or flash photography, please).

All students must ride the bus to and from the event unless prior arrangements have been made in writing by Friday, May 2nd. Please review the FAQ sheet for for attire, expectations, and additional details.

Tuesday/Thursday Help Sessions:

If your student has missed any assignments during the week, their teacher will hand them a "green slip" on Friday that shows which assignments still need to be turned in. The student will also automatically be scheduled for a help session after school the following week to finish the work. Parents will receive an email notification.

The student can either complete the work prior to the help session date, or attend the session and get help from a teacher. Better learning and higher grades begin with work completion, and we want to help.
