We had an incredible time at our first annual Cluster AI/Science Fair Showcase! Students from all of our cluster schools enjoyed an evening filled with exciting activities, from flying drones to engaging in interactive games and discovering how AI can be integrated into every subject area. We had 233 science fair projects on display from all of our cluster schools (153 high school projects, 56 middle school projects and 24 elementary projects). A heartfelt thank you to all of our teachers, support staff, custodians, clubs and student leaders for making this event a tremendous success!

As a reminder, our offices will be closed over the student/teacher holiday from Thursday, February 13th through Monday, February 17th. We hope you and your family have a wonderful holiday.

Block Schedule: We will have block schedule on Tuesday the 11th and Wednesday the 12th next week to accommodate our Pep Rally. Attached below is the Block Schedule Schedule for the rest of the semester.

Friendly Reminder: Only packed lunches from home are permitted on campus. Unfortunately, we cannot allow food deliveries from parents and/or delivery services. Thank you for your understanding!

Parents of students enrolled in the Free and Reduced Meal Program must reapply for the program each school year. Applications for the 2024-2025 school year are still available on the Gwinnett County Public Schools website. You may change the language of the application in the upper right corner. Students who qualify for Free and Reduced Meals often qualify for reduced fees for AP testing, ACT testing, SAT testing, and college applications. We encourage parents of all eligible students to apply as soon as possible. Click the link to apply.

Who: Families of students who are receiving special education services

What: Each state is required to conduct a parent survey to measure parent/family perceptions of the success of parent engagement between home and local schools.

When: Available January 20 through May 31.

Where: Parents can complete the survey via the survey link below.

Please be advised that when dropping off items at the attendance office, located in the back of the school, you will need to inform your student to come down and retrieve their items. The attendance office does not notify students when items have been dropped off. Thank you for your cooperation.

Join us at the Gwinnett County Public Library Hamilton Mill location for a fun and hands-on experience to learn about African American cooking traditions while developing basic cooking skills! This program will teach students basic cooking skills while making no-bake sweet potato cookies. It will help participants learn about the importance of soul food and Southern desserts in African American culture.
