A Message from the Principal
Greetings Bronco Families,
We had a full week of learning and engagement at Crews. Special shoutout to our counseling team for planning our Connected @ Crews activities and lessons for the week. Our athletics department is gearing up for a fun-packed weekend. We invite all out this Saturday to support our student athletes. Our volleyball team is in the top bracket for their inaugural championship tournament at Seckinger High School. While on the other side of the county, weather permitting, our cross-country team has a meet at Conyers Horse Park.
Please note that mid-semester exams are only a few weeks away. Continue to monitor your student's academics and attendance to support their progress. Also, as we continue to think of the recent tragedy in a neighboring school, we would like to thank our community for staying informed and engaged. Please continue to have conversations with your students about their roles when it comes to safety & security. And please remind your student that engaging in threating actions (making comments and/or posting threatening content) will lead to severe school consequences that involve our local authorities. Remember, we are a community that cares for and supports each other. Wishing you a peaceful weekend. #WeareCrews
In service to others,
Principal Moffett

Brookwood Community - Team Riley Pie Day
๐ฅง Pie Day
Check out the Team Riley video here
It's September, and that means it's National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
Each year in September, our Team Riley Club, which supports the Amanda Riley Foundation in their mission to help families in the area with children who have cancer, hosts our Pie Day!
Pie Day is an exciting event where teachers volunteer to have pie smeared all over their facesโif we raise enough money! We have 20 volunteers from all grade levels, Connections, administration, and counselingโ, who have signed up to get pied in the face for our cause!
Last year, thanks to your generosity and the generosity of your students, we raised nearly $600, more than we ever had up to that point!
This year, we've added a bonus round: every student who donates puts their name into a drawing! If we raise $600, we draw one name from the hat, and that student gets to pie Mr. Hollingshead themselves! If we raise $800, we will draw five names to pie him! If we are somehow able to raise $1,000, ten students will be drawn and pie him!! Ten!!!!
I know that's a lot of money, but that's also a lot of pie! But more importantly, it's a lot of money donated to a great foundation that provides families with much needed help with gas, food, and medical bills, as well as supplies and activities for patients who must sometimes spend days or weeks in the hospital!
Please join in helping us raise more money than we ever have!
Donations will be accepted in front of the Media Center during homeroom starting on Monday, September 16, and running until Tuesday, September 24! The great pieing of 2024 will take place on Friday, September 27!
Thank you all for your continued support! This community is what makes Crews and the Brookwood Cluster great!
