Marlow Monday Message

Gooooooooooood Evening Marlow Families!!! We hope everyone had a great weekend!

Students have just a 4-day week this week, as Friday, February 14th is a Required Teacher Work Day - there is no school for students on Friday.

We also have a Marlow Spirit Day this week - GMES 'Dress to Impress' Day will be this Thursday, February 13th. Students, staff, and any visiting parents are encouraged to get ready for Valentines Day, and Dress to Impress! We can't wait to see our Buckaroos show up in style!!

February is designated as Black History Month, as well as Love the Bus Month!

Black History Month is a time to honor the incredible contributions, achievements, and history of black individuals who have shaped our world. It is an opportunity for us to learn, reflect, and celebrate the resilience, culture, and leadership that continue to inspire us all.

Additionally, February is Love the Bus Month, a time to appreciate the hard work and dedication of our school bus drivers and transportation staff. SHOUT-OUT to Ms. Bandy (Bus 44), Mr. Phil (Bus 45), Ms. Marian (Bus 46), Mr. Greg and Ms. Margaret (Bus 233)!! We have the best bus drivers and riders around!! These individuals work tirelessly to ensure our students travel safely to and from school each day, often going above and beyond in their roles. Let’s make this a month of learning, appreciation, and kindness. Thank you for being part of our wonderful school community!

Again, try our main line first. If not successful, go down the list. We understand how important it is that you are able to get in touch with the school, and we continue to work with AT&T and HCPS to get it fixed once and for all.
