We will be unable to release your child if the person is not listed on the pick-up list and we do not have a note from the child's parent(s)/guardian(s). THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR EXAMINATION & TREATMENT!
WHEN: Saturday, February 1ST, 2025 from 8am-2pm
WHERE: Eastern Florida State College Dental Clinic – Cocoa Campus (1519 Clearlake Road, Cocoa FL 32922, Building 20 Health Sciences Room 111B)
WHO: Children ages 3-14 will receive free dental care.
The Brevard County Dental Society is participating in the American Dental Association's annual
national event Give Kids a Smile. We will do our best to accommodate your child's immediate needs
during this event. Our dentists are volunteering for this annual project - please do not expect
continuous ongoing care. The dentist will do what they can do help your child at their visit.
We will not be providing comprehensive care.
Parents/legal guardians are not allowed in the clinical treatment area.
Children will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis.
All children must have a parent or legal guardian present to give
informed consent for treatment.

First Reconciliation/First Communion
Important Dates
· April 2nd 6:30 pm - Holy Communion Parents Meeting Parish Hall
· April 5th 10:30 am – First Reconciliation St. Joseph Church
· April 12th 10:30am – 2:00 pm - Holy Communion Retreat
- Saint Joseph Parish Hall
- This will include 2nd Reconciliation
· April 16th – First Communion Rehearsal
· April 26th 10:30 am – First Communion Mass
- Further Details to Come.
· May 4th 4:00 pm Mass – Crowning of Mary
- Students will place a Crown and Flowers upon Mary and be introduced to the Parish

Step Up For Students Scholarship Information
ATTENTION 8th GRADERS
Below is a list of dates pertaining to your child’s sacrament of Confirmation:
December 4, 2024: Mandatory parent meeting in the Church at 7:00 PM. Students do not need to attend.
February 5, 2025: Mandatory parent and student meeting about the retreat in the Church at 7:00 PM.
February 7-9, 2025: Confirmation retreat-Camp Ithiel
March 19, 2025: Mandatory Confirmation rehearsal in the Church at 7:00PM. Students and sponsors attend.
March 22, 2025: Confirmation at 4:00PM

SACRAMENTS
Per Fr. Frankline's request, sacraments will not be held during school masses.
2nd and 8th grade SJCS students will be prepared for First Communion and Confirmation during the school day. Your child's teacher will communicate pertinent information with you.
If you have the following:
•Prek - 2nd grader who wants to be baptized
•3rd - 8th grader who wants to be baptized and/or receive their First Communion
