Athletics Newsletter- August 2024

Your athlete should have received an email via their SACS email address from TAPPS earlier this week. This system will ensure eligibility and will be the new method for completing online forms. Please keep in mind that this is a fresh rollout and there may issues as you move through the system. If you have any issues feel free to reach out to Agober@sachristian.org

• Parents will have to create an account.
• The athletic office will approve your account within 24hrs.

• Athletes will choose “Forgot my Password” and login using their SACS email.
• They may change the email address after logging in.

• To add your athlete, go to your profile in the top right, scroll down to “Add Child”.
  
• Student Code will be your athletes Student ID- Found on your students ID badge that they use to get into buildings.

• TMS is only available in App format.
• If your athlete does not have a phone/tablet another alternative is utilizing a parent’s phone to toggle accounts.

• It is TAPPS mandated that you and your athlete check the Acknowledgment of Rules (AOR) on each of your respective accounts.

• If you have a galaxy or Samsung device (parents), please contact the athletic office to set up your account.

Athletes meet in Portable 9 right after school on August 27th to meet with Coach Gallivan on the upcoming swim season & ask any questions you may have about joining swim!

• Practices will begin September 3rd during 6th grade's PE period.

*6th Grade Volleyball & 6th Grade Soccer schedules have not been set yet. Those seasons will not begin until mid-September at the earliest.*

• 6th Grade Soccer: During 6th grades PE period
  
• Football: 7:30am
  

For all MS Home athletic events (Excluding track meets) during the 2024-2025 school year.

All athletes must have an up-to-date physical on file prior to tryouts, practice, or competition.

• All physicals can be dropped off in the athletic office or emailed to agober@sachristian.org.
• Athletes must have all online forms completed (Medical history, student profile, student transfer form (if applicable), & TAPPS signature page)
