Counselor Cornder
Dear Families, when we return from break we will be discussing Generosity. Students will define it, learn how to practice it with people, places and things. We will work on random acts of kindness. Our younger grades will listen to the book Ordinary Mary’s Extraordinary Deed or The Gift of Nothing. We will be starting new groups in January. Also I will have a practicum student for the rest of the year. Jill Prout is a teacher at Tremont, this year she is working on her school counseling degree. She will be helping with classroom lessons, groups and meeting with individuals.
We are looking forward to her working with us in the counseling field.
Hope you all have a relaxing, enjoyable break.
Be well,
Jean Allocco, School Counselor
