Committee Spotlight: Fifth Grade Special Projects
Welcome to the Committee Spotlight, a way to learn more about the different Home & School committees at Prairie and the awesome volunteers who chair them.
This week we are featuring Fifth Grade Special Projects!
Fifth Grade Special Projects is chaired by Ali McKenna and Megan Pagnucci.
Ali and Megan coordinate and organize the events and traditions that celebrate the 5th graders’ last year at Prairie Elementary. This includes the kick-off to 5th grade party, 5th grade panoramic picture, distribution of Prairie signs, 5th grade Fine Arts Program, class T-shirts, Color Run, and other “special projects” deemed unique to 5th grade.
They have already hosted the first ever Color Run for Prairie 5th graders and the Kick-Off to 5th Grade party, both with rave reviews from the 5th graders. We appreciate all that they have done so far and all that they will do this year. Thank you, Ali and Megan!
Please contact Carolyn Buckingham (prairieschoolvp@gmail.com) with any questions, changes or submissions for the WAAG. Submissions for the following week's WAAG are due by noon on the prior Wednesday.
