Message from Dawn & Cam
As the holiday season approaches, we are thrilled to invite you to our upcoming Winter Concerts next week! These special performances will highlight the incredible talents of our students, including class performances, the SAM Chorus, and the Handbell Choir. Our students are very excited to show off all their hard work! Please remember to bring non-perishable food items to support our local food bank!
To make the Winter Concert experience enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask for your cooperation with parking. Visitor parking at SAM School, the lot near the Division 2 playground/City Track, and overflow parking between Division Office and Outreach are available. Please refrain from parking in the St. Albert Montessori Preschool lot, as it is private property.
Additionally, we are in need of a few more parent volunteers for our Casino Fundraiser over the Winter Break. This fundraising event provides funding for so many of the additional activities that enrich our school! For more information about this opportunity to support our school community, please visit SAM Fundraising Casino Volunteer.
Finally, thank you to all the families who joined us today on our Family Festive Skate! It was so much fun seeing our students, staff and families together on the ice. We look forward to celebrating more of the holiday the season with you over the next couple of weeks!
Have a wonderful weekend!

Family Festive Skate
A huge thank you to Ms. Ringuette and Mr. Beauchamp for organizing a wonderful day of skating with the entire school. Thank you to the many family and parent volunteers who helped our students both on and off the ice! We literally couldn't have done this without you.
Congratulations to Amir Badong
The Division received over 50 pieces of artwork from many talented student artists throughout the school division and we are very proud of Amir Badong who's artwork was chosen for the Board of Trustees annual holiday card!
Casino Volunteers Needed
Ring in the New Year, Give Back to SAM!
Ready to make a difference? Our SAM Fundraising Society is hosting a casino on Monday, December 30th, and Tuesday, December 31st, 2024, and we need your help! To sign up or learn more, please visit SAM Fundraising Casino Volunteer Sign-Up. Thank you for your support!
Let's make this New Year's a memorable one by giving back to our community. SAM Fundraising Society appreciates your continued support. Have a happy and safe holiday season.
SAM Spirit Assembly
Each month at our SAM Spirt Assembly we will recognize the incredible contributions of our students, staff, and volunteers who help make SAM an amazing school to come to every day. The SAM SPIRIT Award is a monthly themed award where teachers choose two students from their class to recognize for demonstrating our SAM SPIRIT qualities. This month, we recognized students who are great helpers. Congratulations to our SAM Spirit Award Winners!
