Heart River Elementary
February Newsletter
Dear Heart River Families,
At Heart River Elementary, we believe in the power of strong partnerships between school and home to help every student succeed. As we continue to create a positive and safe learning environment, we ask for your support in reinforcing our Heart River Behavior Expectations at home—just as we regularly reteach them in our classrooms.
Our Behavior Expectations Matrix guides students in being respectful, responsible, and safe in all areas of the school, including the classroom, hallways, cafeteria, playground, and beyond. By working together, we can ensure consistency in expectations, helping our students develop strong character and positive habits that will serve them throughout their lives.
We encourage you to review the expectations with your child, discuss their importance, and help reinforce them in daily routines. Simple reminders and encouragement at home can make a tremendous impact on students’ success at school.
Thank you for your continued partnership and commitment to our students. Together, we can help every child grow academically, socially, and emotionally. If you have any questions or need a copy of our Behavior Expectations Matrix, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
We appreciate your support in making Heart River Elementary a place where every student can thrive!
Sincerely,
Randy R. Muffley
Principal, Heart River Elementary School
