Arizona's Academic Standards Assessment Info
Dear West Wing Parents,
We are so very proud of our students' comittment and perseverance during the writing test last week! Thank you for sending your children with their packed lunches! This week will be administering ELA Part 1 and 2. Please ensure that your child has a good night of rest and eats breakfast each morning or that they visit the cafeteria for their breakfast. Breakfast begins at 8:15 and ends at 8:40.
Please encourage your child to do their best and take their time on their assessments.
If you know that your child will be absent on a day of their scheduled test we ask that you alert their teacher right away so that we can plan accordingly for a make-up session.
Please do not schedule any early pick-ups when your child is testing. It is best to keep them home if there is an unavoidable appointment. If they are absent we will schedule a make-up session.
Please refer to the testing calendar below for specific grade-level dates.
Thank you for your support of your child's academic growth this year!
