MARK YOU CALENDARS! This event will take place on March 28, 2025. More information on scheduling will be coming out at a later date.

Parent/Teacher Conferences - Spring 2024:

Spring conferences will be February 12 and February 13! If you have not scheduled a time with your child's classroom teacher, please sign up online on our school website. This link will be closed on Friday, February 7 at 3:00 PM. If you need to schedule or reschedule after that time, please contact your child's teacher.

Elementary Families,

We know how awesome our school staff is, and we’d love your help in letting them know just how much they’re appreciated! From teachers and counselors to office and support staff, everyone works so hard to make Homer Elementary a great place for our kids. Now’s your chance to share a little love with them!

I’ve set up a quick Google Form where you can give a shout-out to any staff member who’s made a positive impact on your child or family. Whether it’s a teacher who’s gone the extra mile or a staff member who always shows kindness, we’d love to hear about it. This Google Form will be open for the remainder of the school year.

Here’s the best part: I’ll be printing out your messages and personally delivering them to the specific staff member you mention. So your kind words will go directly to them, letting them know how much they’re appreciated!

Nebraska SMART, operated by the Nebraska State Colleges, employs teacher education candidates attending Chadron, Peru, and Wayne State Colleges as Tutors to provide free online tutoring services for K-12 students across rural Nebraska. Tutoring takes place through an online platform with audio and video where students and Tutors can use a shared whiteboard. Below are links to Nebraska SMARTS website, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
