Back to School Night
We would like to invite you to attend our Back to School Night (formerly known as Parent Night) on Thursday, September 12th from 6:00 to 7:15 pm. This is an important evening as it allows our staff the opportunity to meet you and explain the grade level curriculum, classroom expectations, and activities your children may participate in during the year. You are welcome to bring your children as needed, but please be aware that this may result in some fairly full sessions in our classrooms. There are two sessions offered during the evening so families are able to attend presentations for at least two of their children. Session One and Session Two are identical, so if you only have one child, you only need to attend one of the sessions. Non-classroom teachers are also available during both sessions. See you Thursday night!!
- Session One: 6:00 – 6:30pm
- Session Two: 6:45 – 7:15pm
A Note from the Nurse
It is important that we keep track of illnesses in our school, so we can prevent more spread of germs! If your student is diagnosed for any of the following communicable diseases, please notify the nurse by phone (815-788-5658) or email (jshorten@d47.org). Thank you!

Fun-a-thon
Fun-a-thon Packets went home with your students last week. This is our only fundraiser of the year.
