We are excited to invite parents and guardians to our upcoming Back to School Night next week! This special evening is designed for parents and guardians to learn more about our school wide initiatives, curriculum, and what learning looks like in your student’s classroom. We will kick off the evening in the cafeteria at 6:30 PM, where we will share important information about our school wide initiatives. Following this, at 7:00 PM, you will have the opportunity to visit your child's classroom, where the teacher will present about curriculum, learning, norms and routines in their classroom. This event is thoughtfully designed with adults in mind and is meant for parents and guardians. We look forward to seeing you there and partnering together for a successful school year!

Please join the Holliston PTO at our Elementary Back to School Picnic on September 20 at 5pm until dusk. This is a great opportunity to see old friends and meet the new classmates of your children! Pack a picnic dinner and bring a blanket, then have fun on the playground, play on the field (bring a ball if you wish), blow bubbles, draw with chalk, build some legos, or borrow a board game to play on your picnic blanket with your family or friends!

Please note: the School Buildings will not be open during the Back to School Picnic. Bathroom access is limited to the Porta-Potties near Damigella field. Additionally, please do not block the middle loop, as Extended Day Pickup will be ongoing. Placentino playgrounds will be off-limit due to the Extended Day Program.

Kindergarten through Grade 2

• The school day begins at 8:55AM
• Students can begin getting dropped off to school at 8:35AM (breakfast is available starting at this time)
• The school day ends and students begin dismissing at 3:20PM

Preschool

• AM Preschool: 9:00AM to 11:30AM
• PM Preschool: 12:50PM to 3:20PM
• Full Day Preschool 9:00AM to 3:20PM

We kindly ask that there is a parent/guardian at the bus stop each afternoon. Students will be brought back to school if there is no one at the bus stop to greet them. As bus drop off times vary due to traffic we ask that you leave a window of time each day to wait for the bus.

Please remember to complete the "Annual Student Verification Form" to update contact and medical information and to sign off on various forms (general procedures, handbook, acceptable use, etc.) The form was emailed to the first contact for your student(s). Only one contact should complete the form. You may use this form to notify us of any health changes and update contact and emergency contact info. The form will come from the following email address: noreply@noreply.powerschool.com. This form must be completed ASAP.

While school lunch and breakfast are free for all, any students that are eligible for free or reduced lunch may qualify for other types of assistance programs. Families can apply for benefits at any point during the school year using the following form.
