Spring Parent Teacher Conferences

We will have two days available to schedule your spring conference:

Thursday, February 6 from 3:30 - 7:00

Tuesday, February 11 from 3:30 - 6:45.

We will be using PTC Fast as our scheduling system.

2. Find your students classroom teacher and click on their name.

3. Enter student's name, your name and email.

4. The system will send you a link to choose a day and time for you conference.

5. If you have multiple students to schedule, you will be able to do it at this time.

Progress Reports

Progress Reports for all Jefferson and Fox River students will be available to view online in your Parent Portal on Thursday, January 30 at 4:00.

Paper copies of Progress Reports will be sent home on Friday, January 31 for Jefferson K-5 and Fox River K-4.

Concert Schedule

Jefferson / Fox River K - 3 Musical

It's that time of year again for the 3rd Annual Jefferson Fox River K-3 musical. Ms. Sperberg and Mrs. Ambrose are excited for the production of Pajama Party! The performance will be held on April 24 at 6:30 for families. The rehearsal that day will be for students to watch.

Attendance Letters in the AASD

We get it- sometimes receiving an attendance letter can be surprising, especially when you have communicated your child's absences to their school or after they have been sick. We know life happens—kids get sick, cars break down, alarm clocks fail, and Wisconsin winters happen.

The AASD sends letters to families regarding attendance as part of a state-mandated system designed to keep everyone informed about attendance thresholds, even when absences are perfectly valid. Regular school attendance plays a huge role in your student’s learning, social development, and overall success -- and we want to partner with you to help every student thrive.

School Closing Information

How can I find out if school is closed? In the event of bad weather, dangerous road conditions, school emergencies, or closing/delays in starting the school day, the AASD will contact local radio and TV stations with this information as quickly as possible.
