Hope you had an amazing week away!

December is a short, but eventful month for PTO.

We would love your help with ending the year strong.

Please let us know if you will be at Donuts with Santa and we'd love for you to Volunteer as well! We are also having a Raffle, the winner will be notified after Donuts with Santa.

We will NOT be having our December meeting, See you at our meeting in Jan 2025 - held on 2nd Thursdays after school (3:30-4:30)!

· December 5th - Dine in Fundraiser – Panda Express (Milwaukee Location) Flyer in Monday Folders

· December 7th – Donuts with Santa 9-11am (School Cafeteria and Gym)

· January 23rd – Pojo’s Fundraiser Night 5-8pm

· February 11th-13th – Candy Grams

9:30 - 11:00 AM - Students who are *eligible to attend, in Grades 4 - 6, will have earned a special trip to attend a concert at Fairmont.

Thursday, Dec. 19th Early Release - Winter Program 🎄

9:30 AM - Grades 4-6 Program, Crazy Carols (parents and students)
10:30 AM - Grades 1-3 Program, Joyful Jingles (parents and students) then second grade will go straight to lunch at 11:25 AM.

December 20 - End of First Semester - Early Release K-12

NEWS AROUND MTN. VIEW

We need your help! 🛑

Parents, please slow down and do not enter the four-corner intersection when Safety Patrol is in the street AT ANY TIME!. We would rather have your student be tardy than cause an accident.

Library News

Idaho Battle of the Books participants are moving right along. IBOB students can always check out their library books plus an IBOB book. We will likely start battles in early February. Everyone is welcome to come into the Library for meetings with their team or to play an author book match game.

🏀Boys 5th and 6th Grade Basketball

Boys 5th and 6th Grade Basketball will be starting in January. If student athletes are interested, they should get a form from Ms. Handley at the beginning of December and she will collect forms before Winter Break.

Mountain View Sunshine Club

We know that this month is short but important. We wanted to do something special to raise awareness for attendance this month. We will do a contest that the classrooms closest to 100% attendance will get a reward in January! The class with the highest percentage will be the winner!
