NOVEMBER NEWSLETTER

Hi everyone, happy November and happy Fall!

I love this time of the year!

I want to let you all know that everyone who is picking up students when they're outside or in the gym must now go get their student(s) from the specific area.

The outdoor gate that has been worked on is now fully up and closed.

Please note that every door in the school (inside & out) locks when closed, so whenever you get your students from the area they are in, the door behind you will lock.

Everyone is always welcome to come back around to the EDP door to get any items that were left behind from the student(s).

With this new pick-up procedure, Mr. Kellan & I will really stress to the students the importance of keeping everything inside their basket, so that you all can get all of their belongings at once.

Important things to note!

Pick up is at Door 16. When picking up your student(s), you will have to enter inside the building through the back door of the cafeteria - this is located by the portables and dumpsters in the back of the school. The door that you will enter in is door 16.
Any authorized pick up person must always bring their ID for pick up.
Tuition is due the 1st business day of every month
Late fees are assessed on the 5th business day of each month
Program time - Dismassal-6:30pm
Late pickup: you will be charged $1 per child per minute after 6:30pm
