October 2023
Message of the Month
Dear School Community,
With the first six weeks of school behind us - the school year is in full swing. Our schools are filled with classrooms of students that are busy learning with and from one another. The teachers and staff members are offering experiences and opportunities that allow students to engage more deeply in their learning. While this is happening, old and new friendships are developing between students. As the school year marches on - our teachers and students will continue to build on their early accomplishments as they pursue their academic goals. The stage has been set for a successful school year ahead!
With all respect,
Michael S. Nelson

Coming Soon: ORRconnect Mobile App
We are pleased to announce that in the coming weeks we will launch ORRconnect! This mobile app will allow families to receive targeted, real-time updates right at their fingertips regarding school happenings. ORRconnect is currently under development and more information will be shared with our school community soon.
In recent weeks, school committee members heard updates from Project 351 students and a DECA presentation related to upcoming events. Additionally, they approved student handbook revisions, donations, and reviewed the New England Association of Schools and Colleges letter to continue the Old Rochester Regional High School's accreditation.
