St. Agnes Families,
Our hearts are full of gratitude as we close out this school year--thank you to all of our incredible families that were so generous with their time, talents, and treasure for our Summer Jam!! An enormous thank you to the Wise, Wellever, Dieckhoff and Morrison families for putting in so much of themselves to pull off this amazing event!
Thank you to everyone for another wonderful school year at St. Agnes--your support from home truly makes all the difference and we are so grateful you share your children with us. They are the reason we love walking in our doors each day.

During the month of May, we will be growing in the virtue of Kindness together:
Expressing genuine concern about the well-being of others; anticipating their needs
PRACTICING KINDNESS
By words and actions, making sure others around us feel loved and cared for.
Encouraging others when they are having a hard time.
Telling others what we notice and appreciate about them.
Kendra Scott June 1st 1-3pm
Mark your calendars to stop in the new Kendra Scott store in the mall on June 1st from 1-3pm! They will be supporting our Izi Uccello's mission of creating a more inclusive playground!
Tips from Tim!
Latchkey Children
As you children get older, you as a parent will consider or do leave them at home by themselves for short or longer periods of time alone. For most older children this is very good. It helps them become more responsible, independent, and mature adults. Here are some things they should consider and as parents, we might consider knowing or doing.
For older children:
Know their name, address, and phone number, as well as those of the parent or guardian at work.
Be able to identify a trusted neighbor, who is at home during the day and can be notified in case of an emergency.
Know how to efficiently lock and unlock the doors and windows in their home.
Never open the door to a stranger.
Do not let anyone unfamiliar to you know, either on the phone or at the door, that you are without adult supervision.
Know first aid for minor injuries.
Know how and when to use 9-1-1.
Know not to enter a residence if they arrive home and observe a door or window open. They should go to a safe place and report it.
For parents:
Leave a spare key with a trusted neighbor in case keys are misplaced or lost.
Do not hide an extra key near the entrance of your home, if it is accessible to you and your children, it is accessible to a thief.
Go over safety procedures in case of fire or injury.
Be sure your child knows that they can contact the police, fire, and ambulance by dialing 9-1-1.
Thank you for all you do to help keep our kids safe!
