We will have our Awards Ceremonies starting on Wednesday. The ceremony for each grade level will be in the auditorium at Central Office. We will not require parents to get a visitor's badge for these ceremonies. Parents may simply go straight to the auditorium.
Outside of the ceremonies, we will conduct school as normal on Wednesday. If you choose to do so, you may sign your student out after their ceremony. Upon completion of the ceremony, your child will return to their classroom with their teacher. We will have a sign out table outside of our front office area. Parents can go to the table, sign their child out, and a staff member will radio down to the grade level to have your child come to the front with their belongings.
The sign out process will be slightly different for Kinder and 5th grades on Thursday. After their ceremonies, the students will be guided to the front courtyard area. We will invite parents to take pictures of their child in front of the library entrance of the school. We will have sign out tables set up outside of the cafeteria and parents will be welcome to leave with their child after signing them out from there.
